QHow quickly will I receive a reply?

I read every message personally and aim to respond quickly—usually within 2 to 4 hours, or right after the day’s batches are wrapped and cooled!

QWhere can I pick up my order in person?

Free order pickup is available at our Downtown Fort Myers Farmers Market booth on Saturday mornings (strictly 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM). Order cutoff is Thursday at 12:00 PM (Noon). Pre-order online in advance to ensure your favorite batch is reserved!

QCan I request custom flavors or celebration batches?

Yes! Send a note above with your event date and desired flavors, and I will be delighted to reply with availability and custom options.

QDo you ship outside of Florida?

Under Florida Cottage Food regulations (Section 500.80, F.S.), all sales and deliveries are direct-to-consumer within the State of Florida only. If you are visiting Southwest Florida, you are warmly invited to pick up at our Saturday market booth!
